Power Lifting
do i need to do sit ups for power lifting ?
im 16 and im getting into power lifting. I know the three main exercises the bench press, dead lift and squat. I was just wondering do power lifters build there stomach muscles at all like do they do sit ups.Plus do power lifters do curls and all the other exercises to or just the main three.
Those three main lifts are all about building your core. getting strong abs will only help you by getting even stronger in your core.
