what pregnancy workout dvd’s are recommended? There are so many so I wanted to get some recommendations on which ones are worth buying.

I bought the Gaiam prenatal yoga dvd with Shiva Rea from target for only $20 and it has been an awesome tool for staying in shape and keeping limber. Also, it focuses a lot on connecting with your baby through meditation and relaxation. It has 3 people and each one modifies the workout for either the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd trimester. I love it and it was waaaay cheaper than prenatal yoga classes. Make sure you buy a yoga block and strap too if you don’t already have one. You’ll need them.
