How come no one can develop a program to filter out something that normally intelligent people can instantly identify with 99.9999% accuracy?

We have to police this site. Like now, I reported the poster who advertise. I have no trouble telling posters I’ve reported them. I am so tired of seeing that one post! Plus they never try and help! This is what Yahoo is for, helping people! If they want to help, buy ad time, its available on this site!
