What does my treadmill speedo measure?
I have a folding manual treadmill, but I don’t know what the speedo on it is measuring. It didn’t tell me in the instructions. Looks like it could be miles, but I don’t know. It was a cheap one from the sunday magazine, and the speedo dial calls itself an exometer, and has a lapcounter and a dial with various different areas for the needle to point to, starting with warm up, then aerobic (at about 15..?), and I believe there are others but I haven’t got to them yet!
Does anyone know what the speed and lapcounter is measuring as it will help me with my workout to know what I’ve achieved!
