I have a box of great value red beans and rice mix. On the nutrition facts on the box, it says serving size 3 Tbsp (56.8g). How much is that cooked
I was afraid they were referring to it cooked. No wonder it was low in calories……when you only get 1/4 cup of it. Thanks you guys for your answers.
