Taekwondo Kick
I take Taekwondo and was beaten in the face accidentally. It hurt a little nose, but now is fine. ?
I have a headache or bleeding through the nose or anything. Will you think well or better than ice? Thanks to all who had to ask. Hopefully next time I will respond better I guess this shows a bit what can happen if not blocked.
