How accurate is the information we see on screen threadmill's?
I was curious how accurate the the information provided? I mean the distance, speed, speed and calories listen? certain information like the amount of calories burned can not perfect, as it depends on the Presentation and gender as well.
The distance, speed and heart rate are probably very accurate. Have you reason, scientists do not know everything that depends on burning calories, but the machines are usually quite accurate and are good to compare your workouts from the day.
