Saucony Progrid

What is the difference between stability and stability plus shoes?
I have a list of shoes that are stability like Asics 2130 and Saucony Progrid Guide and list of stability plus like the asics Gel kayano and the Saucony Progrid Hurricane 10, Is there any difference between the two?
This is for running shoes just in case you didn’t catch on
The plus in any model description (neutral plus, stability plus, motion control plus) means additional cushioning. It does *not* mean additional “stability.”
A shoe with additional stability is called “motion control.”
When Nike shoes have a plus in the name — not description — like Nike Pegasus + or Nike Vomero +, it means they’re designed for the Nike + (plus) system and there’s a pocket in the sole for the sensor.
But when it comes to the Asics shoes, the Kayano would be stability plus because it has more cushioning than the 2130, for example.
Plus shoes are usually geared for those who are heavier (over 180 men or 150 women), and/or those who train over 25 miles/week.
