Punching Canvas
how to soften up my punching bag so some places arnt like rock?
i have gotten a punching bag, 80lbs i think. and in some places its like punching rock. the other places are fine just some spots, like i said punching a rock. how can i fix this. my punching bag isnt leather, its ether nylon or canvas. how can i make it softer and just less hard. i want it hard but not like rock. do i have to take it down and take out all the cloth in it?
its not leather! canvas or nylon. please help
i use it everyday so its not like i took a break for the stuff to settle
Its made that way, so you can get use to it, No point is making it easy for yourself as it will help you over the years so your hands & feet can become stronger the more you try & the more pain you have. You skin will become thinker & stronger so remember to take loads of hot baths after training & cream up well on them area’s…
