How many inches could i add to my vertical jump by doing calf raises?
I am 12 years old, 78 pounds and my vert is 10 inches, how much could i gain by doing calf raises? PLEASE ANSWER
Ok sorry but your only 12 thats young, your muscles arent fully developed. It might be hard to see results but i did 300 calf raises a night and my vert gained 5 inches. I did touch net but now i grab rim. I was only 14 by the way but i was just sayin since your 12 your muscles might not gain as mush as if you went through puberty and had fully developed muscles.
