How do I tone and strengthen this area of my body?
I have a “K” abdominal area. Pretend the top of the “K is my gut sticking out. The middle of the “K is where my belt line cuts in and the lower “K” well you can probably guess. It seems like running regularly makes me lose mass in this area. I am talking about the “loin”area just above genitals and upper thigh. If I look at myself sideways I can see a K shape in that area. Any ideas?
you just store the fat in that way, instead of having an even belly. being that you cannot target a specific area to reduce fat from, you’ll just need to lower your overall body fat percentage until it’s gone–and that will probably be the last place you lose from. however, you can do weighted situps to assist with this. not in the sense that it will lower your body fat, but it will build muscle to help “hold things together,” so that you don’t appear as flabby.
