Bar Weighted
How does a symmetric weight transport bar at the gym to maintain balance, even if you load one side of the bar.

Only clarify. I'm talking about the circular bar loaded with weights on both ends to the chest is pressed. So many times I just carry one side (one) up to 15-20 kg and even the rod is not inclined more! From the bar appears symmetrical, I am having difficulty explaining this.

It has to do with the center of gravity of the bar and some simple calculation of numbers. Presumably, the bar is still resting on the frame when you start loading up one side. This means that the contact point between the bar and the rack closest to the face that will carry the weight becomes the fulcrum for a lever you are configuring by overloading one side. My best guess is that you just do not put enough weight. In my experience, bars weighing more than 25 pounds (Olympic bars weigh 30 pounds), or 14-15 kgs. By setting the lever system, most of the weight of the bar is acting as a counterweight. It is also true in systems leverage the distance from the fulcrum effects of the balance. Loaded weights are much closer to the fulcrum that the center of gravity of the opposite side of the bar that acts as a counterweight. It's a nice operation simple: Mass * distance = force of rotation (ie, the tendency of the bar turn around). So for the sake of example, say that the bar weighs 15 kg and also 15m long (obviously an exaggeration, but it makes very easy math) and that when placed on the grill, 2kg bar value to excel at each end for you to load the weights. This means that when you begin to bear weight, you have 2 kg of bar + weights were added at a distance of 1 m (assuming that the weight added are distributed uniformly in the bar you have to work). On the other hand, is 13 kg bar with a center of gravity of 6.5 m away from the point pivot. This means to go around the bar again, it would need about 85kg of weight! In summary, there is nothing special about the bar, is only the distribution weight and properties of the lever systems.
